LIFE IS A JUNGLE

Thinking, analyzing, worrying,  we're always thinking of things but more often than not, the wrong thoughts. These common thoughts come and go, then come back automatically until we eventually fall asleep, and of course, they distort even more in our dreams. However, there is always one powerful thought that is present and just feels good, one that even superman cannot stop, happiness. Am I happy? When, where, and how. Will money, fame, romance, or whatever make us happy? Lets not kid ourselves in believing this, sure it might be fun for awhile, but we really know it's temporary and will likely expire. It's very much like fools gold, it looks real until we discover it's not. So what is real happiness that comes at different stages of our lives, what is the ingredient that cures our endless days of soul searching. Sure, intellects have been trying to answer this since the invention of the wheel, and just about everyone has their own theory, but because each one of us is unique, there really is no right or wrong answer. Like me, you probably read tons of self help books, but are we any closer? We can probably agree that deep inside our very own galaxy of what we are and what we are made of, happiness will surface on its own place and time. It's interesting that if we die sect happiness, right smack in the center is love, love of any kind, and it triggers endless of emotions that each one has its own view on life. When we take control and remember that voices in our head are a combination of our experiences and what we picked up in life, with too many mistakes. Sure, life is a jungle and we cannot control this complex world around us, but we can step back and just observe without any judgements and we can sit in the middle of our mind and take back control of ourselves. We can also separate the wild, crazy, senseless, sadness, and pain that's around us. We can refuse to be hypnotized, believe, obey, slave to what we sense is wrong, and we can say - no! You see, right and wrong is written in our heart from birth but somewhere along the way we lost or forgotten it. So the next time we hear Pharrell Williams song "Happy", sing along because he's got it right. What are your thoughts, I'd like to know /  flacofrancopeet@gmail.com
